For Advertisers

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that all content, claims, and creatives comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical advertising standards. CTC Cabs reserves the right to review, approve, reject, modify, or remove any advertisement that is misleading, offensive, unlawful, or damaging to passengers or the brand ecosystem.

Advertisers acknowledge that campaign performance may vary based on factors such as ride duration, location, and audience behavior.

General Terms

CTC Cabs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or third-party dependencies.

All intellectual property related to CTC Cabs technology, systems, and branding remains the property of CTC Cabs unless otherwise stated.
